Stellaris 4.4.3 hotfix released (0a3d)

Hello,

Another more small and quick patch has been readied, aiming to fix a few extra impactful bugs from Monday's release.

Version 4.4.3 should now be available via Steam and GOG, with MS Store following shortly.

Please find the change log below.

The Void Reavers civic no longer requires both First Contact and Nomads
Corrected the Trust and Opinion thresholds required to propose a Waystation Pact.
Fixed opinion modifiers from Defender of the Galaxy applying when they shouldn't.

More comprehensive improvements are underway, accumulating into a proper patch.
