The Final Week of Guardian Games
Congratulations Warlocks for winning Guardian Games 2026 and kudos to Hunters for giving them a run for the title! All Guardians may continue to earn and deposit medallions in the Tower for rewards until weekly reset on April 14. With Guardian Games entering its third week, we're excited to share an additional reward: if you've played seven Guardian Games activities since the start of the event, you will earn the Animal Instinct emblem, shown below.
We'll send out this emblem to Guardians who complete the objective by April 30. All Guardians have until the end of Guardian Games on April 14 to get some matches in to claim your reward, so squeeze some matches in while you can!
Going for Guardian Games Gold: Week 1 Results
It's only been a week and already so many players have rallied together for a common goal: to work hard for your class and fight to get them ahead in the Guardian Games and to look cool while doing it. We've received a lot of amazing submissions that we're excited to highlight here. We'll be back with the April 16 TWID to do the second round of picks, too!

Not aware of what the current Community Challenge is? Check out last week's TWID to read up on the rules and submit your own clips for review for a chance at the Golden Age emblem shown below!
As a reminder, here are general notes to bear in mind:
- Reward recipients are determined on a case-by-case basis by the Community Team.
- Emblems are distributed manually and should be expected to arrive within 30 days after the second TWID featuring our picks.
- The same submission may be shared across multiple social media platforms if the submission content and Bungie IDs are identical between the platform posts.
- Any use of generative AI is not allowed and will result in automatic disqualification. If we determine that generative AI was used in a winning submission, any reward granted may be revoked.
- Your Bungie account must be in good standing to receive a reward. If we determine your account has broken the Code of Conduct, any reward may be revoked and we may take further action against your account.
View the full set of Community Challenge rules on our newly updated Bungie Community Emblems guide. Also, as we've shared with past challenges, here's how to turn off the UI and get clean captures easily: open the Director screen, navigate to your Settings menu, go to the Gameplay tab, and set HUD Opacity to Off.
Iron Banner Returns April 14
Lord Saladin, the Titan also known as Valus Forge, will reignite the fires of competition in honor of those brave souls who are no longer among us. Iron Banner is ready to come back on April 14. For one week, Guardians will compete in this special Crucible tournament to earn new gear, including a new shader and a new emblem as earnable rewards found in the Event Home Rank Rewards.
This iteration of Iron Banner brings a brand-new Rapid-Fire Void Auto Rifle called Reghusk's Pledge.
For those newer to the event, Iron Banner will have two modes available during this week: Control and Eruption. In Control, you capture zones and push the enemy team in an effort to get all of them to start a hunt and get extra points on kills. Eruption is all about getting killstreaks that add extra score progression once you go over five. You also get regen for abilities and Super faster, but if you fail to secure a takedown under a certain time, you will explode and die.
Be ready to jump into Iron Banner and fight like a wolf.

Recent Known Issues List
- The Podium Terminus Triumph is not counting Supremacy matches completed with a B grade or higher.
- As a workaround, this Triumph can still be completed as intended in Rushdown or Rush Remixed activities.
- Last week, we resolved an issue where the Hall of Fame Triumph was not properly tracking progress for Supremacy matches completed above the required score threshold.
- To address an issue where teams can exceed the intended number of players, we have disabled the join-in-progress option for Guardian Games Supremacy activities.
