We're returning to the Gate of Elidinis with some post-launch improvements!
Fixes and Improvements in this Week's Game Update
Hotfix
- Fixed an issue that caused some players to lose their loot from the Gate of Elidinis when teleporting outside of the boss arena.
- Fixed a crash caused by the Memory Dowser when used alongside a Muspah familiar.
- Stopped the Dwarven Ramhammer from functioning with Gate of Elidinis nodes to avoid unintended interactions.
- Fixed an issue that allowed a Prism of Salvation to be placed where the barrier would be added in The Gate of Elidinis encounter.
- The Gate of Elidinis was not happy with players utilizing Icthlarin's aid to delay its growth. It has realised it can use this time to concentrate, and if not disrupted, will accelerate its hold on the Gate.
- Fixed an issue in Gate of Elidinis where ground attacks in the northern area were not as big as the telegraphing animation suggested.
Gate of Elidinis
- Ironman players can now collect Elidinis boss resources from defeated players.
- Fixed an issue where the northern Mining nodes in The Gate of Elidinis encounter were not scaling their XP correctly.
- Broadcasts for Latent Offerings have been moved from 'world' to 'friends'.
- Fixed an interaction between a challenge gem and the corrupted statue nodes in the Gate of Elidinis encounter.
- Fixed an issue with Memory Dowser not depositing memories when set to deposit memories and energy.
Ode of the Devourer
- Changed the destroy message for the Elidinian Mysteries books to inform the player that they can be reclaimed at a POH bookcase.
- Fixed typos and grammar mistakes in the 'Ode of the Devourer' quest.
- Changed the music tracks played during the Al Kharid sections of the quest to more appropriate tracks.
General
- By popular request, Vengeance no longer wears primal equipment and is back in Marmaros Armour with a Fractite Sword and Shield.
- Fixed unstable proteans with global bonfires.
- Golden rocks (Summoning) can now be obtained when players have the Sprit Weaver relic power active.
- Changed the dialogue type used in combat used for Memory of Nomad and Fort Forinthy siege to overhead text to make the fights more accessible for mobile players.
- Readjusted the marketplace UI section in lobby to make the Ceremonial Djinn robes offer more consistent with the others.
- Fixed a crash which occurred when the player loaded BoB preset into their Inventory.
- Fixed an issue where Bill's skin was showing through his model during idle and certain animations.
- Eluned in Prifddinas will now correctly show you how to enchant the Crystal Teleport Seed if you speak to her between Plague's End and The Light Within.
- Fixed the prefix message for friends, clan and guest clan chat messages, players can use '/', '//' and '///' respectively to type messages in these chats.
- Players can now reclaim one extra Wicked Hood when one is stored as a keepsake.
- Fixed an issue that changed the imperial mage akh into imperial guard akh when capturing its soul with Ushabti. Players can now capture the imperial mage akh and store their soul within the Sunken Pyramid.
- Fixed an issue that caused uncharted isles to look blurred due to the fog effect with default skyboxes.
- Zemouregal now uses his correct name in the dialogue box within the prison in the Battle of Forinthry quest.
- Fixed an issue where changing skin color using Makeover Mage changes character's hairstyle.
- Players can no longer obtain the Statuette during The Golem quest while their Inventory is full.
- Fixed an issue where unavailable pets still had the yellow buy/call button visible. This has now been fixed and the button will only be visible once the pet becomes available.
- Fixed an issue that was clearing the chat for nearby players when sending empty messages.
- Fixed interface option that opened during combat.
- The Primal Pickaxe (Red) Override is now correctly highlighted in the Wardrobe when active.
