Leagues V: Raging Echos Rewards Are Here

Posted by on

KNOWN ISSUES STATUS
Projectiles are missing from the Venator Bow Ornament Kit. To be coldfixed next week
Raging Echoes sets aren't storable in POH. To be coldfixed next week
Leagues V Echo Venator Bow Ornament Kit and Spirit Tree scroll are tradeable, yet aren't listed on the GE. To be coldfixed next week
Echo Ahrim's Ornament Kit is missing the Staff recolour. The Echo Ahrim Ornament Kit will be coldfixed next week to contain the Staff recolour when purchasing from the Leagues V Reward Shop.

Those who have already purchased the kit and missing the Staff recolour will be given a fourth kit for it in their bank for free. However, this fourth Staff kit will be added to their account manually, which requires additional time.
Removing the Ornament Kit from the Fairy Ring Spirit Tree or Portal Nexus also removes the object. Hotfixed When using the Fairy Ring teleport with the Raging Echo override in POH, players are teleported to the normal Spirit Tree instead of the Fairy Ring. Investigating Goblin decorations can't be applied to the Spirit Tree w/ fairy ring, Fancy Rejuvenation Pool and Ornate Rejuvenation Pool. Investigating
We're aware of some mobile performance issues being caused by the Highlight Quest Start option. We're investigating a fix, but in the meantime we recommend disabling this option. Apologies for the inconvenience. Resolved
The Leagues V Portal Nexus scroll, Spirit Scroll and Scrying Pool Scroll currently have a Construction level requirement when trying to use - not just to obtain the item. Hotfixed and removed the Construction level requirement to use these scrolls.
When attempting to direct empty Leagues V portals, players receive an error message instead of the portal being directed. Hotfixed
League points aren't being transferred to the main world upon opening up the Relics and Area interfaces. Hotfixed
Leagues V Spirit Tree is facing the opposite direction. Investigating

RAISED BUT NOT A BUG WHAT TO DO
"Will I lose my League Points if I no longer have membership?" For those who no longer have membership, no League points are lost and well transfer over all League points to main accounts. However, this is a manual process that takes time. If you'd like your League Points sooner, we recommend logging in before Leagues V closes.
Confusion with Leagues V portal upgrade scrolls Use on the highest tier buildable item such as Marble Portal and Crystalline Portal Nexus.
Confusion with Leagues V rugs and curtains These are a construction material, so remove the rug/curtains and a new version will show up in the build menu which requires the League item.

Reward point changes

Weve heard your concerns about the reward costs feeling a bit steep, so weve had a word with the Leagues Tutor about adjusting their prices.

  • Echo Ahrim's Ornament Kit: 8,000 → 6,000
  • Echo Virtus Ornament Kit: 10,000 → 8,000
  • Raging Echoes Death Scroll: 3,000 → 2,000
  • Raging Echoes Nexus Scroll: 5,000 → 4,000

With these changes, we hope itll feel more rewarding to spend those points and snag the items youve been working so hard for. The other rewards will be priced the same as ever:

  • Raging Echoes Banner: 500
  • Echo Home Teleport Scroll: 1,000
  • Raging Echoes NPC Contact Scroll: 5,000
  • Echo Venator Bow Ornament Kit: 10,000
  • Raging Echoes Relic Hunter Outfits: (T1)1,000, (T2) 5,000 and (T3) 20,000
  • Raging Echoes Spirit Tree Scroll: 6,000
  • Raging Echoes Rug: 500
  • Raging Echoes Curtains: 500
  • Raging Echoes Scrying Pool Scroll: 3,000
  • Raging Echoes Portal Scroll: 1,000

Weve broken down the cost of some items into individual components to give you greater flexibility. For example, a complete Portal Room was initially priced at 6,000 League Points but can now be purchased as a separate Scrying Pool and three Portals. This way, you can pick and choose what works best for you!

With only a week left to make your mark, nows the perfect time to push for glory. Join in on the fun and aim for the top in the #Leagues-leaderboard Discord channel.

There will be no changes to Leagues V this week, but weve carefully noted down all your feedback for future Leagues. We know how much youve enjoyed diving into Raging Echoes, especially during the Christmas break, but that period is also a holiday for most of the J-Mods. With limited staff available to monitor or resolve issues, we typically refrain from making updates during this period. This break not only allows our team to step back and recharge, it also ensures the game remains stable.

Now that we're into the New Year, the team are looking forward to working on all the exciting stuff we have planned for 2025. We truly appreciate your enthusiasm and the support you've shown this League, and we hope you enjoy making the most of the final week!

UI Changes

Minimap Subsection in the Settings Menu

Weve given the Interface section of the Settings Menu a bit of a tidy-up! Previously, all Minimap-related settings were scattered throughout the Interface section. Now, we've added a dedicated Minimap subsection there, making it easier than ever for you to find and adjust your Minimap settings! Below, you can see how the new Minimap subsection looks on both the Official Client and mobile.

HiScores Panel Arrows Get a Dynamic Update

In other UI news, we've also made a small tweak to the HiScores Panel arrows. Up until now, the arrows for different sections of the panel remained unchanged, regardless of whether a section was expanded or collapsed. You'll now find that these arrows dynamically update depending on the section state, making navigation clearer.

Trouble Brewing XP Adjustments and Bug Fixes

Trouble Brewing is a minigame all about brewing big batches of booze, but since some changes we made last May, it seems some of you (especially Iron accounts) have been fermenting a little too much XP! Honest Jimmys been keeping tabs, and he reckons youve had more than your fill, so were slightly scaling down XP rates for a few actions in the minigame to keep things balanced. Here's whats on tap now:

  • Boiler Pressure now awards 25 Strength XP for increasing the pressure.
  • Lighting Logs grant 100 Firemaking XP when lit in the Boiler.
  • Collecting a Bitternut gives 50 Hunter XP, with an extra 200 Cooking XP when you deposit it into the Hopper.
  • Fletching Scrapey Bark now earns 50 Fletching XP, and depositing it into the Hopper rewards 100 Cooking XP.
  • Catching Sweetgrubs now gives 40 Hunter XP, with 100 Cooking XP for dropping them into the Hopper.
  • Adding your teams water to the Hopper earns 100 Cooking XP.

Oh, and weve also patched up a bug that meant only one of the three boilers on each side gave Firemaking XP when lit. Now, all boilers will reward your fiery efforts as intended.

Thanks for bearing with us as we balance things out - sometimes it takes a little while to spot these quirks, but we appreciate your patience and feedback. Now get back to brewing and make Jimmy proud!

Other Changes

Weve also managed to squeeze in some additional changes:

  • Slayer Helmets now act as warm items at the Wintertodt, thanks to their Earmuff properties.
  • The Araxyte Slayer Helmet's Inventory icon has been realigned.
  • Players' armour no longer occasionally remains invisible after using the Makeover services.

PvP World Rota

The PvP rota has moved to Period B:

  • 560 - (UK) - PvP World
  • 319 - (US) - Bounty Hunter World
  • 579 - (US) - High-Risk PvP World
  • 561 - (UK) - Free-to-Play PvP World
  • 580 - (US) - LMS Competitive

World 390 (AUS) for LMS Competitive has been de-activated with this rota.

World 569 (AUS) for Bounty Hunter has been de-activated with this rota.

The PvP Arena is using 'Max/Med' loadouts in Ranked Duels and Tournaments this week.
