1. Low-level armor can be crafted in the character's inventory now
2. Lowered the level requirement for Hephaestus's Forge and Armor Bench to 13

1. Fixed that the Sacred Furnace can not smelt Black Iron and Meteoric Iron
2. Fixed the Hephaestus's Armor Bench can not be accessed after assigning a warrior to it
3. Fixed the wrong attack speed for Lycian Mallet
4. Fixed the Hammer of Titans can not be honed
5. Fixed the wrong attributes of Hellenic weapons after the honing
6. Fixed the wrong item produced after quenching the Isle of Ash Bow
7. Fixed the Art of Strategy interface showing the wrong tabs
8. Fixed the Chat channels are not working after the cross-server travel
