Optimization

1. Mining Hut and Fish Trap can only be accessible to the owners
2. Fixed the level requirement for Mining Hut and Fish Trap, you will have to unlock the recipe and play at least 6 hours to place it
3. Now, the Market can show 100 orders on one page
4. Adjusted the recipe for Scythed Chariot
5. Adjusted extra detection range in the Prefecture Battles, preventing the player can not suicide when stuck
6. Added some limitations to avoid spamming in chat channels

Bugs Fixed

1. Fixed the client crash at the beast lord interface
2. Fixed there are no item descriptions in the Guild Depot
3. Fixed some display errors for multiple languages
4. Fixed not able to Buy Back some items
5. Fixed wrong price for Buy Back items
6. Fixed when capturing Steppenwolf, not able to cause damages to them
7. Fixed Mysterious Beast Hunter will not refresh at the correct location
