Added a Function in Settings to adjust the movement speed boost of \[Brisk Steps]
Fixed the issue where refreshing the Peddler's goods caused the stacks of \[Rational Consumption]

to decrease
Fixed the issue where Lei Luo's Initial Talent \[Gifted Man] did not take effect under certain

circumstances
Fixed the issue where Cang Jue's Secondary Skill occasionally dealt no damage
Fixed the issue where using \[Thorny Carapace] in Season 1 consumed all stacks
