Get Factorio patch notes on your Discord server

Instructions

1. Invite the bot to your discord
2. Go to the channel you want to receive notifications eg. #patch-notes
3. To get posts for Factorio, use the command /follow factorio
4. You're done! If all went well, you will receive a test message shortly.
