Conan Exiles Enhanced Community Update - June

Posted by Dana on

Greetings, Exiles!

It's been just over seven weeks since the launch of Conan Exiles Enhanced, and what an incredible journey it has been so far.
Since the game's release, hundred of thousands of players have ventured into the Exiled Lands. We've seen a concurrency peak of over 47,000 players on Steam, countless new stories unfold, and lots of great feedback shared across our community channels.
During this time, we've delivered multiple updates focused on quality-of-life improvements, gameplay adjustments, performance enhancements, and bug fixes.
Your feedback, reports, discussions, videos, and suggestions continue to shape the future of Conan Exiles Enhanced. Today, we'd like to share an update on some of the topics you've been discussing the most.

Thank you for all your incredible support!

Vendhyan Bazaar Drop

This week, we added our first cosmetic content drop to the Bazaar in quite some time.
Many players love and appreciate these new bundles, which contain more items than previous Bazaar offerings, a cohesive theme and endless building possibilities.
Other players feel that the bundles price-to-value ratio and availability could be improved.

We've been discussing your feedback internally and looking at ways we can improve future Bazaar releases based on what we've heard from you.
As part of that, we’ve released 1.3.1 hotfix today to address an issue with the Splendors of Vendhya bundle. Currently, the Bazaar UI only displays around 21 building pieces, while the bundle actually contains 47 pieces.

The hotfix will ensure all included pieces are properly represented so players can make more informed purchasing decisions.
We've also heard your concerns regarding the availability window for some bundles. Because many of you felt that the 2-day timer was too short, we've extended the duration of both the Vendhyan Shrine and Vendhyan Noble's Bedchamber bundles. Their availability has now been doubled to give players more time to consider them.

Regarding pricing, we understand that the total cost of this release has sparked discussion within the community. This is the largest themed Bazaar collection we've released for Conan Exiles, containing more items and pieces than previous themed drops.
While the overall bundle value is higher because of the amount of content included, the price per item or building piece remains comparable to, and in some cases slightly lower than, previous Bazaar offerings.
That said, we understand that value is about more than just item counts, and we don't want to dismiss any of the concerns that have been raised. We are listening, we are discussing the feedback internally, and your input is helping shape future improvements.

We’re actively discussing these topics internally, so that we can find ways to better align these offerings with player expectations.

Please continue to share your thoughts, as they play an important role in helping us improve the Conan Exiles experience.

Server Performance

One of the main areas of focus since launch has been server performance and stability on all official servers.
Across our last two major updates, we've implemented a wide range of backend optimizations aimed at reducing server strain, improving stability during peak hours, and creating a smoother experience overall.
We've seen encouraging improvements across many official servers, and we've also heard from many players who have noticed these changes firsthand.
We understand that not every player or server configuration will experience the same results, and we'll continue monitoring server health, gathering your feedback, and making additional improvements where needed.
Our goal remains simple: less time dealing with performance issues and more time surviving, building, exploring, and conquering for all our players!

Conan Exiles Enhanced Public Beta Client Returns

Over the past few weeks, one of the most common requests from the community has been the return of a public testing environment.
We agree that getting updates into players' hands earlier helps us identify issues faster and allows us to gather valuable feedback before changes reach the live game.
With that in mind, we're excited to announce that the Conan Exiles Enhanced Public Beta Client testing is back.
Going forward, major updates will typically spend around one week in the public beta before their planned live release. This gives players an opportunity to test new features, provide feedback, and help us identify major issues that affect the gameplay experience.
Your participation directly helps improve the quality of future updates, and we're looking forward to working alongside the community throughout the testing process.

Please keep in mind that the public beta test servers are no longer available as 1.3.0 is now on the Live Client.

Mods and Mod Support

The Conan Exiles modding community has always been one of the game's greatest strengths, and we know how important mod support is to many of you.
With recent updates, older mods should no longer prevent players from launching the game or trigger compatibility errors that impact startup.
We remain committed to ensuring that future updates work better alongside community-created content and to minimizing disruption whenever possible. The creativity, passion, and dedication of our modding community continue to play a vital role in the long-term health of Conan Exiles, and we want to support that as best we can.

We are exited to tease an incredible event catered around our amazing modding community.
Conan Exiles Enhanced “Forge Your Legacy” Community Modding Contest

It's a contest with monetary prizes centered around creating new mods for Conan Exiles Enhanced. An official announcement will be made next week, so keep an eye out for it if you are interested in participating.

Summer Decay Timers and July Events

As we approach our annual summer holiday period at Funcom, we know many players will also be traveling, spending time with friends and family, or taking vacations of their own.
To help ensure that players don't return to unexpected losses, decay timers on all official servers will be extended from 10 days to 20 days between July 1st and September 1st.
This means you'll have additional time away from the game without needing to worry as much about maintaining your structures and settlements during the summer months.

But that's not all! While previous summers have traditionally been quieter periods, this year we're taking a different approach. The team has been preparing additional content, updates, and activities that we can't wait to share with you.

Here is a quick teaser for what’s happening in the Exiled Lands this July.

  • Modding Community Contest with amazing prizes $$$

  • New content coming - Yes, you heard that right!

We'll have more details soon, but you can expect the Exiled Lands to remain active throughout the summer.

Looking Ahead

Conan Exiles Enhanced is still at the beginning of its journey.
We've accomplished a great deal together in a short period of time, but we're far from finished. Your feedback continues to guide our priorities, whether that's performance improvements, bug fixes, quality-of-life features, mod support, balance changes, or entirely new experiences.

Thank you for your passion, your patience, and your continued support.
We'll see you in the Exiled Lands.
